This program is specifically designed for internal talents of Telkom Indonesia (parent) to strengthen capabilities, foster innovation, and support the company’s digital transformation journey. Participant is limited to employees who meet the following criteria:

• Permanent employees of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (organic employees)
• Actively employed and officially registered under Telkom Indonesia
• Demonstrate strong interest in innovation, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives
• Willing to commit and actively participate throughout the program duration
• Obtain approval or acknowledgment from direct supervisor, if required
